Do you believe that "Agile is dead"? That it has no value? That it is useless? I don't. I think the vast and deep body of knowledge that the Agile community has created over the last twenty years is of great value to any organization and is ready to be finally integrated with other views to yield the best results. However, some headwinds come from existing management models, which are so deeply ingrained in how organizations work that they are sometimes invisible. In this session, we'll shed some light on these historical models, observe their influence on the organizations' ability to be adaptive and resilient, and learn how to spot a few and evaluate alternatives. The content is based on the presenter's real-life experience working with clients in many industries.
